order process

Email hollyspixelart@gmail.com with the below info:

• Your photo(s) attached

• Write me your order(s) details of what you want

Recommended: photo(s) with good lighting to optimize detail for the art.

Shortly after you email me with your photo(s) and order details you will be sent an invoice (powered by Stripe - similar to paypal) to pay for the commission. They offer secure payment by credit card.

• Invoice must be paid first because the art is made to order.

Once I get the payment I will email you to confirm I received it and begin drawing your art commission(s).

Once I begin drawing your order(s), depending on the amount and/or queue I should take approximately 1-2 weeks or less.

All artwork has a white background or grid at your request (unless you ask me to do a custom order) 

You will receive a DIGITAL PNG file and it is emailed to the email you originally contact me with.

Please be aware that ALL SALES FINAL (because Custom artwork is made to order.)

The product you receive is DIGITAL PNG which is sent to your email. The file size is a good 5100x5100.
